Bob McKinnell is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the diocesan 'Anglican Church Ministries Foundation, Niagara' and involved in leadership positions in several other community service organizations. Bob is a graduate of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners comprehensive course "Canadian Gift Planning" and is a member of that association.

Bob is responsible for Planned Giving in the Diocese. In that capacity he works closely with Carl Sneyd, Director of Stewardship and Financial Development.

Carl Sneyd is the Director of Stewardship and Financial Development. He brings many gifts to this position, including a wealth of experience with parish stewardship programs. He has been involved with fundraising and capital campaigns in parishes and with other social agencies. Carl would be happy to assist or offer advice in your parish regarding stewardship programs, revitalizing your current on-going stewardship program, using narrative budgets or offering direction around Gift Planning. Ms. Karen Nowicki
Karen Nowicki is the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Stewardship and Financial Development, Carl Sneyd providing clerical and administrative support in the areas of diocesan capital campaigns, the Stewardship & Financial Development committee and programs. Karen is also the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Outreach and provides support to the Diocesan Outreach committee, Partners in Mission committee, Primate's World Relief and Development committee and the Diocesan Refugee Working Group. As the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of Synod, Karen also works closely with The Reverend Dr. Rick Jones, Secretary of Synod. She is staff support to the Bishop's Advisory Committee on Church Buildings and is the Registrar to the Bishop's Company.
