Christopher Grabiec

Past editor, Niagara Anglican and Manager, Diocese of Niagara Website. Chris joined the Congregation of the Resurrection as a religious and was ordained to the priesthood on May 1 1976, by Paul F. Reding, Bishop of Hamilton Ontario.

He did his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo, in philosophy and psychology. He then proceeded to do studies in Divinity at St. Peter's Seminary (4 years), at the University of Western Ontario. Later Chris completed an MA in Liturgical Theology at Notre Dame University (South Bend Indiana) where he also began doctoral studies.

His pastoral career included High School Chaplaincy, University Chaplaincy, Pastoral responsibility in various parishes and teaching at St. Michael's College, University of Toronto.

For the last 10 years Chris has been serving in the Diocese of Niagara in the area of web development and management, communications and as Editor of the Niagara Anglican. He also continues to exercise a Christian pastoral ministry to the "un-churched."

After a good number of years, Chris resigned from his position and the editor's responsibilities now rest in the very competent hands of The Rev. Hollis Hiscock.
