Notice is given to clergy that they are suspended and asked to turn in keys and Wardens are informed that they no longer act for the Synod and must turn in keys as well. The Bank accounts of the parishes are frozen by the Parish Administrators. |

Parish Administrators visit the parishes to ask to take possession and are met by former clergy and wardens who refuse and announce allegiance to a new bishop and diocese. Possession is not possible without breach of the peace. The Synod requests a court hearing Friday to obtain possession. |

An interim agreement is reached which involves shared services, joint administration, disclosure of assets and non disparagement. |

Face to face negotiations begin to build on the interim agreement, and ensure that both parties are treated fairly until the longer term issue of ownership of the properties can be settled by the courts. |

Court rules that until a full hearing of both sides occurs on March 20th The Diocese of Niagara will not have access to conduct services. Clergy of Network Parishes are informed that the Diocese acknowledges their resignations and that they are no longer employees. Wardens of Good Shepherd are told they no longer act on behalf of the Diocese. |
